New rig for gaming, Adobe CS4 and maya.

I am currently in the middle of customising the specifications for a new desktop. Here are the specs currenyly

Memory: 12GB (6 x 2GB) Corsair PC12800 1600MHz DDR3

Sound Card: Integrated 7.1 Channel Audio - Included
1st Hard Drive: 1000GB SATA II - Included
2nd Hard Drive: 1000GB SATA II
3rd Hard Drive: Not Included
RAID Option: RAID 0 - Stripe

I will be using it for gaming, Adobe CS4 and maya. Will this do? All comments will be appreciated.

Who/where are you buying this PC from?

Would you be better off buying parts and assembling the PC yourself?

Hi there banthracis, i have looked into the build your own method which would be great as money would be saved. However, i dont really have the time or knowledge to do this. I would be buying the desktop from 'Arbico'.
I forgot to mention the monitor would be - 24 Inch Iiyama PLE2407HDS Widescreen TFT. I would be using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
Im going to go with 6gb of ram and Corsair TX650W Power supply now.
I would be using the desktop for top games aswell as Adobe CS4 and maya so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
