Question New rtx 2060 strange stains

I bought rtx 2060 msi gaming z today and there are strange stains on it. Is it normal?

Left over flux from the soldering. Oils from the thermal pads.

If you can clean what you can see with a little isopropyl (isopropanol) then I wouldn't worry about.
