Hello before I start I just want to say I got a new laptop with windows 11 home and never used windows 11 or had 64bit system so I'm a total noob my old one has windows 7 ultimate with 32bit system. Here are the specifications of both laptops

hope It's understandable enough without translation and no I won't be returning this laptop I'm the owner of it for 2 weeks and the old one with windows 7 is too buggy everything freezes and is pretty much unstable to be considered "main laptop" or the only laptop in this case It is too old it will be 11 years old next year. It took almost a week to transfer all of the files to new laptop. Didn't count how many times usb flash drive stopped respoding or how many times it didn't want to transfer files on the usb stick if there was too much files or too much gb. The usb stick was 128gb I think 116gb available and I was lucky if laptop wanted to move something as big as 30gb. I think the new laptop is sadly renewed I had no Idea when I bought it and nobody told me anything I thought I got a new laptop. But a few days later I started noticing things and I realized on the box it says "hp renew product remanufactured & certified by hp with original base warranty". There is also another thing I don't understand the screen is smaller than my old laptop the whole laptop is smaller than my old laptop but when I take screenshoot on both guess which one is bigger. That's right its the new one it says it is 1920 x 1080 which I don't believe the old laptop has resolution of 1600 x 900 and it looks much much bigger than my new one.
Okay now to the next chapter I haven't played every song that I have on this new laptop but there is some sound/music inconsistency.
Whenever I play a song its either too loud too quiet or maybe ok in the middle this happens if I don't change the system volume
or the app volume if I change the inconsistency still exists
the app is some default windows media player but also plays videos and opens pictures I don't know the name in
english anyway on my old laptop I used bsplayer for many years then I switched to windows media player which was great
because bsplayer started getting buggy. This new windows media player doesnt't do it for me everytime I open a new
music I gotta manually set it to replay there is no options to change the settings at least I don't find them.
I found this equalizer setting and I think its better tho but it bass boosts some songs which doesn't sound good
I think some music/songs are still a little bit louder
than others but thats okay also for some reason replay function still isn't working idk why im still
writing this but if anyone knows all the important settings of windows media player tell me. Yes I also don't
want the music/sounds to be too loud because then you can hear the screeching sounds sometimes in music and I did
hear it sometimes in gta but only from sounds.
Okay so I have a tradition where I play three of my favorite games which are the gta series games I do them in this order always GTA 3 > GTA VC > GTA SA , it is kinda in difficulty order so when I wanted to play gta 3 I had to download some plugin for the game to work (I think it was direct x not sure which version) and gta 3 glitched I had to change to full resolution and then it started working better but whenever I closed the game and reopened the brightness in settings would always get set to mostly 16or rarely 15 when I always set it to 8.
Also there is some lag I don't know where it is coming from on my previous laptop there used to be some lag and it weirdly came from sound settings and I fixed it. Most of guns miss horribly except sniper and RPG. Radar isn't at the bottom of left screen as it should be its a little bit towards the middle. There is lag during gameplay and during missions I didn't have this lag on my old laptops except maybe with exploding vehicles and exploding buildings in cutscenes (they don't lag on this laptop). My old laptop had lag problems with crashing in fences and exploding vehicles outside cutscene and exploding buildings in cutscenes, those are the only things that don't lag this time it seems. There also used to be some sound/music problems inconsistency. The higher the brightness the worse is the lag. This is why I only keep it at half and it gets really dark in the game at such low settings.
Here are the screenshots of my GTA 3 settings including the audio settings because they were causing issues on my old laptop:

So I started playing gta vc and when I enable trails theres black boxes on tommy and sometimes in distance. When I turn it off it disappears.
When its raining theres rain drops in boxes and if trails are enabled there are black rain drops in black boxes. This game also has guns horribly miss except snipers and RPG.
There is some horrible sound/music inconsistency like when you just open the game and the trailer shows or whatever its called its loud then the menu is almost silent then the music and sound effects in game are ok now too but sound in cutscenes music is sometimes so loud and the graphics glitch
sometimes like the faces and eyes mostly and the chainsaw makes blood drops in red squares appear on screen. There are also a few missions that seem to work better like The Job when the SWAT storms the place theres smoke and it didn't really lag I think. In trojan voodoo when you're driving at the back of the row to the haiting factory the first car was shining very brightly I don't know honestly what was that .In Keep Your Friends Close... the door of vercetti estate would sometimes not show and instead you would see sea. Pole position club used to lag the game on my old laptop but on this one theres no such issues. There is less lag in the whole game as opposed to gta 3. Radar isn't at the bottom of left screen as it should be its a little bit towards the middle same as gta 3. During boomshine Saigon when in drunk state the screen flashes white and shakes gives fog vibes except theres no fog in gta vc
when it should just be normal drunk shaking screen. There was no cutscene problems in gta 3 but in gta vc
some of them were weird especially the eyes looking too unreal. When you cross island borders (I don't know whats it called)
but in gta 3 when you cross an island border an image is shown with other islands name and picture of characters well in gta vc the picture appears but disappears so quickly
it's not even there for a second. It just disappears so quickly.
Here are the screenshots of my GTA VC settings including the audio settings because something is clearly wrong with them:

For gta sa the same thing happens as for gta 3 and vc the radar isn't at the bottom of left screen as it should be its a little bit towards the middle.
Also the introduction cutscene where CJ is riding with Crash, Pulaski doesn't drive through the train so thats good on my old laptop it lagged a lot
also theres no lag at all currently. I had to install direct x 9 just to play gta sa while for gta 3 I had to install another direct x version
I forgot which one tho. For Cesar Vialpando I couldn't pass the mission on 1st try but did it on second try the mission seems harder same goes
for Life's a Beach. For Cesar Vialpando the keys seem to work the way they're supposed to work on my old laptops the game registers the up and down keys wrong.
In Life's a Beach I did try to dance my way out of the mission but no way I can get like 1000 score or very close to 2200 the arrows that appear on screen did
lag. Burning Desire I thought would be a clean mission but yeah there was some lag, on my old laptop this mission is one of the
three that lag the most. There was also a little bit of lag during Freefall, Saint Mark's Bistro, Architectural Espionage and Dam and Blast.
During Up, Up and Away! when you use the gun emplacement the screen turns to square like everything around got covered not sure how to explain
it as it didn't happen during Air Raid but it turns normal when you exit the minigun mode. During End of the Line of course the smoke did lag a bit
more than in the other missions that I mentioned but it was still better than normally. Anyway the biggest turn off in this game on my new laptop is the
fact that graphics load very slowly like the grass, bushes, trees, whole area 69. Like usually on my laptop it loaded instantly not when I drive or
fly over the area then it decides to load I mean it needs to load when I'm nearby not when I look at that direction. The only thing that didn't happen in this
game that happened in gta vc and 3 is that the fact that all weapons are always accurate and crosshair works perfectly. I think there was no
problems with music/sounds but I'm not sure.
Here are the screenshots of my GTA SA settings including the audio settings because idk:

Oh yes I played all three of these games in half brightness and half draw distance and in resolution of 1920 x 1080
apparently this is my laptops screen resolution which
I don't believe on my old laptop I always played it in 1600x 900 because it was my resolution.
What is the newest direct x version because I'm not sure I wanted to download direct x 12 but not sure which one.
Also in the games I have frame limiter on because I learned years ago its bad for "stronger" laptops
to play older gtas without frame limiter because lots of glitches happen. Should I play gta games in windows 7 mode
because there is an option to play them in different windows compatibility modes. My old laptop also changed modes on
its own I think when I played gta games it didn't want to run them in windows 7 ultimate but
instead it ran in windows 7 basic I think.
Anyway thanks to everyone who will help me fix these issues I'll replay the
gta games slowly just to see if the issues got fixed when I get some suggestions.
Is windows 11 64bit supposed to eat so much ram? I have 16GB installed and I'm allowed to use 13,9GB which of course I can't use because hardware uses 2,1GB and software uses around 3.
So I'm left with usually 11GB of RAM or 10 when I'm not doing anything I mean if I just open task manager and look at it that's what it says.
Also this built in windows 11 screenrecording software is it good? I could probably record or screenshot things in gta games to show what's wrong with the games.
I always used to have settings set for low end laptops and/or pcs because my laptop has trouble with overheating and lag. I could probably play in 1600 x 900 as it's a resolution
I'm used to but didn't look that different.
