Question Newly Built System doesnt give HDMI signal

I recently built a new PC for a friend and it was working fine. The next day it is no longer displaying a HDMI signal.

Troubleshooting i have done:

• tried different RAM
• switched the dimm slot
• tried a different monitor
• different cord
• changed GPU
• CMOS

GPU:MSI Mech Radeon RX 5500 XT
NVMe: Samsung 512gb
