I just moved and my PC apparently did not fare well. The PC worked fine before the move so I figure something got wiggled loose. It has a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H mb, not sure of the processor. I bought the system a few years ago used from my brother-in-law. I've built a few systems of my own over the years so I'm a little handy with them. I checked all the obvious stuff like unplugged everything and replugged it back in (including the memory). But the CPU has a liquid cooler on it and doesn't look easy to remove to check the CPU.
I removed the graphics card and tried booting with just the DVI and VGA onboard ports.
I disconnected all the HDD's.
The onboard LED code stops at 64 which the manual says is initializing the CPU. I tried changing the little switch to boot from the backup Bios and then it gets past 64 but stops at A0 IDE initializing. All the fans come on but there is no display output, no beeps no nothing. What should I try next?
I should also add that I'm in the middle of painting and unpacking. The only reason I really care right now is that this is how my little girl watches Disney.
