Question No display, at a complete loss here

I bought a HP OMEN GT13-1479NO prebuilt pc, and when I turn it on there’s no display with HDMI or DP. At the shop it worked perfectly, shouldn’t be an issue with my monitor or the cables used either (tried different monitors and cables).

Specs are a Ryzen 9 5900x and a RTX 3080ti, with 16 gigs of DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz. I tried swapping the RAM sticks to different slots, without result.

It worked three times randomly, but then right after continues to not work. No loose cables or anything. Also my keyboard/mouse lights don’t even work when I turn the computer on, they only work when the display works.

What to do? Any suggestions welcome, I'll try anything.

It sounds like there is a bad electrical connection somewhere. Intermittent operation would point to a loose connection for a cable or one of the components. I'd try reseating the components and see if it helps.
