Question No display from GPU

i recently updated my CPU in my old PC. But the GPU is being discovered in windows, when i run geekbench test it is able to detect and run test on it but no display output from the GPU
i have to keep the default option to IGFX in BIOS to get a display and load windows.

Motherboard : Gigabyte GA H110M S2H
CPU : Intel Core i7 7700K
GPU : MSI GTX 1060 3GB
PSU : Cooler Master 450W
RAM : 16GB (G. Skills RipJaw DDR4 2x8GB)

please let me know if someone can help me on this. everything was working fine before the update and now all is working fine except output from GPU. fans are spinning windows is able to detect and sometimes i did get display from GPU but then a black screen and no signal. and this has happened on multiple occasions. if restarted then no output from GPU.

yes i tried the latest F24 and then also flashed the specified F20 version
same issue in both
