Question No display output after upgrading pc.

Hello! A friend of mine bought new cpu, motherboard and ram. We assembled everything and we're getting no display output. The monitor says "Entering power saving mode" or "No signal" We tried:

1. Reassembling everything
2. Removing motherboard battery
3. Switching ram sticks
4. Leaving only 1 ram stick at the time.

The specs are:

• I5-10400f
• Gigabyte H410M-S2H V3
• Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB x2
• GTX 1060 3gb

100% it is not the GPU, since the hour before it was running prefectly. Would love receiving some advice.

If you changed the motherboard and cpu, you will need to reinstall Windows
