No F11+F12

Hallo,
in DOS(-Window) I have no Function F11 and F12, in Windows(98SE) these keys
are working normal.
When pressing the right Enter-Key while Bios starting, the Keys F11+F12 work
fine also in Dos!
Who knows what could be the problem?

It's nothin to do with the motherboard.................it's a windows thing
