Hi everyone,

My internet was working fine and the next time I switched on my PC I was unable to connect to the internet with the error message "No internet secured" appearing. I don't recall there being any updates upon shutdown that could have caused this but when you Google it, it comes up as a problem with Windows 10.

I've connected with ethernet cable and changed my wireless network adapter card but neither have resolved the issue. I've followed simple fixes like updating the network adapter drivers and the network card options. I've also disabled all firewalls with no effect. Both wired ethernet connection and wireless connections in the network and sharing center state 'No connection'. When I run the network troubleshooter it states "your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (microsoft.com) is not responding".

All other devices in my home have working internet with the same network so this is clearly a device specific issue.
