Question No output from GPU, even though power is fine and no EZ debug LEDs turned on.

Hi, I'm really at the end of my technical expertise (which is not too good tbh).
I just built my pc with a few parts i already had and some new stuff i bought.
Unfortunately, there is no output from the GPU. I can hear no beeping from the motherboard/BIOS, also no EZ Debug LEDs show any sign of failure. Although as soon as I plug in an audio device, i get a loud beeping noise (a bit like continous interference noise), but I don't know why.
The GPU-LEDs light up, the fans spin etc so i doubt it has to do with the power.
Also I tried rebuilding pretty much everything a few times no (RAM, CPU etc.) but nothing seems to work.
All the parts should easily be compatible, I (re-)checked at least a dozen times.
Do you guys have any solutions?

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI H310 M Pro-D
GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: i5 8600k
Power: bequiet! S9-400W
Ram: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX

I would be so grateful for any help I get, I really think I tried anything I could find on the internet, but I really don't know anymore.

Seeing fans and lights does *not* mean the PSU is working properly any more than your car radio turning on can prove that the engine is just fine. Do you have a spare PSU? This is an inappropriate PSU for a GTX 1080 anyway.

I don't, but the thing is: the PSU worked for that exact GPU just in another setup.

Actually I do have another one and I just tried it (beQuiet! Pure Power BQT L7-530W) but still nothing. Not with the internal graphics, not with the graphics card. Any more ideas?

Have you tried operating motherboard outside case? If you do that check case standoffs are in the correct positions or nothing else metallic behind there that shouldn't be.

What sort of monitor you using? No funky adapters or something?
