Question No post screen

Hi,

As the title says , I’m getting no POST screen after powering up my PC.

The CPU fans are spinning at almost max intensity

The GPU fans are running on normal speed

Mouse/Keyboard don’t turn on

So far I’ve tried :

• Resetting the BIOS by removing the battery
• Removing the CPU/GPU
• Changing RAM

Sometimes , powering on/off the pc for like ~20 time solves the issue , but I have to do it daily.

Even when I get my PC to work fine , I can’t downgrade/upgrade the BIOS because it shows me a black screen ( just a black screen , the monitor keeps receiving signal tho).

Motherboard: Asus Prime B350M-E
Ram: Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB 2x8 2666MHz
SSD: Kingston 256 GB Sata
HDD: WD Blue 1tb 7200
GPU: Asus Dual RTX 2080
PSU: Corsair VS650
Chassis: Corsair Carbide 275R
OS: Windows 10 x64

You didn't mention the make and model of your discrete GPU since you're working with an R5 2600x.

You should list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

We can then move forward from there.
