[SOLVED] No power to any ports

I was playing games on my pc when it shut itself off. Ever since the computer will turn on but it won't give power to any port of any kind front or back. My motherboard has an easy debug light system on it, the cpu light lights up everytime I power on the pc for a few seconds then the light turn itself off.

My CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 1600, MB is a AMD B350 gaming plus, PSU is a Thermaltake smart 700w, GPU is a RX 580 8GB, I have 2 8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws for ram, 4TB seagate HDD 1TB Seagate SSD and 1TB western digital SSD for memory, corsair carbide 100r silent edition case

I tried resetting BIOS on the MB, I've tried replacing and discharging the battery on the MB but I can't figure it out. Is there anything I can do or do I need to start replacing parts.

Most of the time when a PC just shutdown like that by itself it's normally a PSU or overheating problem. What are your temperatures on your CPU and GPU at idle and load?

Thermaltake SMART Power supplies are very very poor quality. This can cause power to cut unexpectedly.

What are CPU and GPU temps?

That's my bad, when the pc killed itself I had a rosewill rd400-2sb I replaced it with the thermaltake thinking it would be a solution. My CPU would normally get up to 185°F during my game sessions but my GPU would normally reach 112°F
