Ive just completed a new build but it doesnt post.
ive checked through this forum but still has no luck getting it to show image

im using my old ssd on my current pc
i suspect that it isnt posting because i was using my old ssd with windows 10, previously ran a gtx 1050. compared to the new 3060 ti i have in the current pc, the nvidia drivers are too old and therefore no signal to the monitor, however after removing that ssd, and using blank ssds, it still says "no signal detected"

ive tried plugging hdmi and displayport into both the gpu and motherboard but still same result
the usb slots on the case and motherboard also doesnt work, no rgb when my mouse is plugged into it
however, the rgb inside the case are all working fine, fans are all spinning too.

ive tried using unplugging the ram but no use.
also my old ssd with windows 10- i was using intel i7 cpu, but my current pc i am using ryzen 5 5600x.
when i hold the power button on the case the pc does not turn off.

current pc specs:

thank you, please be kind, i am a beginner in building pc

"i suspect that it isnt posting because i was using my old ssd with windows 10"

That wouldn't stop the system from POSTing.

This, however, could well be the cause of no POST, as flagged at bottom of your PCPartpicker parts list:

"Warning! Some AMD B550 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vermeer CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions".
