Question NO SIGNAL ISSUE PLS HELP

Hello, I recently built my PC and didnt know about Bios settings and attempted to overclock my cpu. After restarting my PC, the settings applied and ran well until i noticed minimizing issues. After noticing such issues, i decided to put everything back to auto. When my PC reset, it will no longer connect to my monitor. I get constant “no signal” screens. I also noticed that the LED for my CPU on the Motherboard turns on for 3 seconds and then shuts off. My PC runs perfectly fine, but it wont connect to my monitor. PLS HELP
