[SOLVED] No sites or apps work except google, youtube and facebook

My PC just ran into a problem where i can only access Google, YouTube with Ethernet. I used to be able to do anything with Ethernet but now i can not. It shows it connected and plugged in but i cant do anything that i would do if i have internet. I tried moving the ports around on my modem that didn't solve the issue. My Ethernet driver is up to date i update. I've been using a WiFi adapter which is really slow than my normal Ethernet speed. I used the same Ethernet cable on other devices and they worked with it. My motherboard is a B450 tomahawk. I think it stoped working when i updated my windows.

i still cant load nothing expect YouTube or google.
same with programs on my pc they just say no internet connectivity

i fixed it, i had to turn off DMZ in my modem settings (at&t). once i turned it to DMZ Plus off all my apps and sites that didn't work last time started working
