No sound please help

hard drive went out on my pavilion a1120n and they put a new one in.but device manager says everything working properly and services msc says audio is started and auto ,bios is enabled dont know what to do next going crazy for a week now please help
 
double click the speaker icon in the lower right hand of the screen, check all the audio settings.
You may need to delete and re-install the motherboard audio drivers. you can download the drivers from HP site.
when you load replacement drivers, turn off the antivirus. after restarting, turn the antivirus back on.
