No video on new build

ASRock H370M Pro4
Hyper X 8GB DDR4 2666
Intel Core i3-8100 3.6 ghz

Everything starts spinning once I turn it on but no video. Threw in a video card I had to see if things changed, they didn’t.
Tried CMOS reset to no avail.
Also tried booting it with the ram in every slot.

Try another set of memory on the motherboard's QVL. Do you see any diagnostic lights on the motherboard?

I don’t have any other DDR4 just the one lonely stick. I went through the manual for the mobo and didn’t see anything about lights for diagnostics.

Just had to keep resetting CMOS
