No Video Out of Integrated or GPU on a rebuilt custom pc

I just bought a corsair cx 430 and a 750 ti. I plugged it all up and i cant get signal from either the mobo vga port or the dvi port on the card. I swapped out the corsair for a standard psu too see if it would help and it did the same thing. I bought a new cpu and mobo but was sent the wrong one so i stuck a core 2 duo board in it.
Lga 775 Core 2 duo E7400 @2.8GHz

2gb Ram

750 Ti Evga Sc Edition Requires no 6 pin connector

Corsair CX 430 Power supply

Will it work if you remove the 750 Ti? Try updating motherboard BIOS to latest from manufacturer.
