Basically I sold a PC to this guy and a week later he tells me that it's powering on and off. I told him I'd have a look at it. I unplugged everything and put it back in and the beeps and power issue was solved but the video signal is still missing.
I replaced the gpu and tried putting in the minimum hardware needed for boot but still no signal.Aslo tried DVI, Hdmi from both mobo and gpu. Any ideas?
