Question noise in video

I had been ripping DvD to the computer using Wondershare, which is a great software. But I also have (Audacity) to even the waves sound in the video. Now i got that straight, I now playing them on the TV and all Videos are in MP4. But one thing, in the audio i hear noise through out the video. SO what is a good program that let you remove noise from the audio.

There is no program to just "remove noise" Once encoded that is all part of the audio track. What you should do is use the TV or audio options on the computer to even out the audio levels that are played back. This noise was most likely caused by limiting the dynamic range in Audacity, try doing it through the playback device.

You may use equalizer for managing with noize, but it's no directly removes while high-low volume functions are possible for different types of sounds.
