Hi guys, I recently got the Samsung 980 and just installed it into my pc today. As I want it to have my OS on it, I used AOMEI Backupper to clone my current C: drive onto the new one. However, it is not appearing as a completely separate drives. Here is the screenshot (The F: drive is the clone of C: )

Here is what it looks like in computer management.

So how do I combine the F: and S:?
Thanks

Solution
Clones are bit for bit transfer. You need to clone all the appropriate C drive parts.
I suggest you try it again using the samsung ssd migration app which is a C drive mover.
You can download the app and instructions here:
While you are at it, first install the samsung pcie driver from the same site.

If you are using the free version of aomei I don't think there is an option to adjust destination partition sizes.
It's a straight copy over so if the destination is bigger you end up with an unallocated chunk.

An option I have used is partition wizard you can then grab that chunk and move/combine it where you want.
