Nvidia graphics driver won’t install despite using DDU, Safe Mode and Manual Installation, Geforce Experience won't install either

So I tried updating my GeForce drivers on GeForce experience but it would turn up with graphics driver install failed so then I tried downloading the manual installer from the website and that had the same results so then I went into safe mode, used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) from Guru3D, selected uninstall GPU drivers and restart and then tried installing and still nothing, I tried an older update too and still nothing. I have used my GTX 1060 6GB for 2 years now, the rest of my system is fine I just can’t install a graphics driver. Last time I updated was May 27th and I had no problems in games or anything at all.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

the rest of my system is fine
Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

Include the age of your PSU as well. To rule out your platform being the issue, see if the GPU you're having trouble with is functional on a donor system with more than necessary power from the PSU(more like a 650W reliably built PSU).

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 3.4Ghz @ 3.85Ghz OC
Motherboard: MSI Bazooka Plus
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000mhz 2x8GB @ 3200Mhz OC
SSD/HDD: 2xSSD 216GB Galax Gamer L 1x WD Blue 2012 7200RPM
GPU: Galax GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair CX 550M 550W GOLD
OS: Windows 64 Bit fully up to date

Is 550w more than enough? It's from February 2019 so a year and half

And if i bought a new card would i still have problems?
