Question Nvidia GTX 1660ti laptop heat issue and freeze to 300 Mhz

when i plugged in charger without any other application opened, MSI after burner shows
GPU: 300Mhz
Mem: 6000Mhz
temp: 85-92 c

But when i unplug charger its quite fine.
GPU: 1455mhz
Mem: 810mhz
temp 55-65 c

I tried uninstalling driver switching os too, but nothing worked for me.

How bad is the dust in the fans? Also, do you get the same numbers in fancontrol?

Those are some janky numbers.

Fans are clean and running well

Have got any OC software running? Also are your drivers stock or have you updated them?
