Question NVME not launching 1 specific game.

As the title states 1 specific game that I have saved on my NVME gives me a fatal error where as when I move it to my SATA HDD it launches perfectly fine. However, other games on that same NVME launch fine with 0 issues. The game in question is FF7 Rebirth, strangely enough I was playing the game without issue for the past 2 weeks but as of today has stopped launching resulting instead with a fatal error. I thought it might be a corrupted save file at first but deleting that and turning off the steam cloud did not solve it. However, I on a whim moved it over to my HDD to which upon launching was playable but with severely long loading screens. Any ideas as to what could be causing this issue?

In that order or did you disable cloud first? If you deleted save before disabling cloud then you would have received the corrupted save file again.

I did both ways. Deleted, then turned off cloud was first. Second time was turned off cloud and deleted the saves. Still the same issue.

There's a bit on Reddit about corrupt saves and what people have tried. Probably best just to reinstall the game to the drive you want it on.
