Question NVMe SSD shows up in BIOS, doesn't show up in diskpart, can't initialize it. Windows install media sees it but won't allow format/new partition ?

i have been at this all night ive built several pcs and i feel like ive had this problem before but i cant find the solution here everywhere i search gives solutions like i have a running windows os on a different drive my pc is a new built with one drive no existing windows so i have no access to device manager or disk manager all i have is the bios and cmd promt from the usb media when i use that and go in to disk part and list disks disk 1 and 2 show up which are flash drives disk 0 is supposed to be my nvme SSD but i cant get it to show up. ive looked every where for a driver for the nvme every where i look says the driver is built in to windows 10 install. ive updated my bios for the mother board and have everything unneccissary disconnected i can boot and go in to post and enter uefi were i see all my components including the nvme i set the cmp to disabled and the secure boot to other os ive checked all other nvme settings on the mother board then reset load the installation media it shows my disk but wont allow me to format or create a new partition for windows to install and im stuck in a loop.

specs
cpu: ryzen 5 3600
gpu: rtx3060
motherboard: asus tuf x570
SSD: NVMe Sabrent Rocket 4.0

Why multiple flash drives?
You should have only single hdd/ssd and single flash drive with windows installation media on it.

it shows my disk but wont allow me to format or create a new partition for windows to install and im stuck in a loop.

Please show screenshot of this too.

so two flash drives because one has my windows install media the other had my bios update i went ahead and removed it. i couldnt exactly take screen shots but i did attatch the pictures you asked for

diskpart​

list disk​

select disk 0​

list partition​

list volume​

Show screenshot.

After that:

select disk x​

(select 1TB disk, should be disk 0)​

clean​

is it possible you have another NVMe drive to test in the system?

if that doesn't work, then it's indicative of a hardware failure on the motherboard and/or disk side. I understand it's brand new, but it's possible you got a defective board/disk (which you might be able to RMA!).

so the problem was solved i did try all of your fixes and they would have worked if my drive was any good a 30 minute trip to best buy 100 bucks and a full afternoon of setting up later i finally got the pc running thanks for your help guys
