Ok so I'm getting ready to play the upcoming Star Wars mmo Star Wars: The Old Republic. This gaming rig comes highly recommended but the forum moderators there are nazis so I can't get much help there. Now I'm pretty newbie when it comes to computer hardware and I haven't bought a gaming computer in years, try 7, and it came prebuilt. So I'm not sure on compatability of stuff and a few other topics so I'll get to it I guess. I'm building this computer http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/budget-gaming-pc-phenom-ii-radeon-hd-6850,2903.html but I'm getting the Radeon HD 6870 instead of the 6850. First I want to know if I can overclock this computer, and if I will even need to. I'm hoping to run Swtor on high relatively lag free. I'm assuming I'll need to upgrade the psu supposing I can, and should, overclock. Any suggestions? I'm also thinking of getting a new case with more fans. Should I do that or will it be better if if I liquid cool. I'm on a slight budget so take that into consideration. Unless anyone has a better suggestion on an entirely new build for ~$700.

Yes, you could OC that SBM rig; however, you could potentially shave $15 off a better CPU with this, and it is better at overclocking:

Although, games are more GPU dependant, which means the load demand taxes the GPU far more than it will affect the CPU. That said, the 6870 is a nice choice. You should be able to play SW:TOR on high with the 6870.

This mobo would be better for ~$140 (after rebate - ~$80 more than the SBM rig):

Just make sure you get yourself a good PSU to support the GPU plus the rest of your build. That EW PSU is a POS. At minimum, I would get this an OCZ700MXSP ($60 after rebate - $20 more than the SBM rig):

The rest of the SBM is fine. So, with the suggestions I've made, that puts you at ~$612 after rebates. Now if you still plan on OCing the CPU, you may want to consider an after market cooler.
