Question Old Computer, New Graphics Card - Help

So, I have the HP Pavilion Slimline 5123W, which has a AMD Sempron LE-1250 cpu and the capacity for 8 GB of ram, and i'm trying to get a new graphics card for it. One that can limit the bottleneck between the gpu and the cpu while also allowing me to play at least Fortnite at okay speed, and Minecraft at a good speed. Now, i'm on a serious budget, and when I mean budget, I don't mean $150, I mean $50 and below. Oh, and my computer only has a single graphics card slot, so that is a small problem. So, if anyone can find me a graphics card that'll atleast run Fortnite, that'll be great!

The cpu is too weak and is the issue. Minecraft could be ok if you can stand 15 fps but fortnite is out of the question. I've seen plenty of older entire pcs for $50 of core 2 era that would at least handle it but that still will leave you without a gpu and not be able to play the games any better. Depending on the location, you may find better deals locally in electronic thrift shops or other people trying to get rid of older pcs/parts.
