Question Old Hard Drives, New PC

I would like to build a new PC in the near future but don't want to lose the save data of games I have on my SSD when I clear it for a Windows 10 install... I have 2 HDDs and was curious if they would just be plug-n-play into the new PC. Thanks!

Sometimes it works out to plug and play , other times no. Best to backup , for the just in case scenario.
