CPU : Intel Core i5-4460
GPU : AMD R7 360
RAM : 16 gb
My friend has encountered an issue, but they're not tech-savvy themselves, so I'm asking on their behalf.
Some time ago, something happened with their drivers, and they could not launch any game which renders using OpenGL. The worst part was that the drivers could not be reinstalled, the amd adrenaline app was just giving errors. We tried DDU to do clean install, that didn't help either, and the solution was to download OpenGL thing from MS store.
That made launching games on OpenGL possible again, however, some games appear with graphical glitches like below (picture attached).

This bug does not appear on games with DirectX or Vulcan, just OpenGL.
So, the question - is this fixable? Is that a problem with OpenGL specifically, or is their GPU slowly dying?
