Hello. Yesterday I tried to overclock my E3300, but with no luck. My mainboard is Biostar p43b-a7 and I have 2x2 GB DDR2 RAM memory.

I tried to do everything with BIOS. Heres my bios.
My CPU Frequency settings is set to 233, it cant go higher- this is my problem when i set it on higher my computer stops working.
My CPU Voltage is at 10%-max 15
PCIE-Manual-100
FSB Voltage-0.2V max 0.3
Chipset Voltage-0.2V max 0.3
DRAM Frequency-can be 667 or 800 or manual.

Thanks for the help!

And by the way,do i need another cooler? I read that my E3300 is a "cool chip"

What is your full system specs (like your PSU)? I recommend you download Temperature monitor software before you start to overclock (I use Core Temp), I'd suspect your CPU will idle at around 30ish and under load around 60ish.
