What could It be?
It's a AMD A6-7400K with a new DeepCool Gamaxx 300r fan
No GPU, 4GB of RAM
300w PSU
One interesting point
When turn the PC on after it has been off for the night It normally shuts down after only 5 minutes
After that it works well for 45-50 minutes then things start getting hot really fast, even with low CPU usage (4-5%of use, 75-80°C temps)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of the PSU? How old is the unit? You might want to mention the make and model of the motherboard as well. Check and see which BIOS version you're on at the moment for your motherboard and then cross-reference the board's support site to see if you have any BIOS updates pending.

Perhaps see if the cooler you have has been seated properly, breadboard the parts if possible to see if the case is hindering your airflow/cooling.
