Question Overscan line on MSI OPTIX G27 due to change in refresh rate.

Whenever I change the refresh rate from 120hz to 144hz it cause an overscan line at the bottom of the screen. (Not sure if it's an overscan line but its a line that appears at the bottom of the screen and changes depending on whats shown, mouse also leaves traces when moved towards there.) Can anyone help?
