P9X79-E WS Won't boot into Bios and won't post, Q-code at 01

Hello, I recently built the following Machine

Mobo: ASUS P9X79-E WS
CPU: Xeon E5 2620
RAM: 32gb Kingston HyperX Beast 1866Mhz (4gbx8)
GPU: Reference GTX 780
PSU: Seasonic G Series 550w
CPU Cooler: Noctua NHU12s
Case: Define R4

I've updated the bios to the latest version through bios flashback and I have everything installed. When I turn on the computer, the qcode changes a few times and stops at 01

Oh, and the DIAG DRAM LED is always solid the moment the computer turns on

Please Help!

Often a ram issue, remove all the ram and then reinsert 1 and see if it will POST.
