Pac-1/Pac-2 pinout (where the hell is up)

I read 3 different pinouts for this and up is in a different place for each
one (and none work).
Does anyone know where the real player 1 up is for the falcon pinout for a
pac-1/pac-2 board?

I tried that... it must be something at the board level.
Everything else is working fine but player 1 up.
