I've fixed the inability to print or get online but now
cannot get microsoft word to go to the next page. I can
go to insert and do it for one document (even if I hit
default) Don't know how this changed and don't know how
to get automatically to the next page.

With your Microsoft Word open have you clicked help on the tool bar at the
top and then click the "detect and repair". If it doesn't show them click the
double arrow at the bottom of the list that is shown and you will see the
repair feature there. The same goes in the control panel\add remove programs
and you can click on your office and then click the change button and wait
for a couple of seconds and you will be given three options. One of which is
to repair. {]:~)
