Hi, i have a problem on my pc that I think I know what it is, but I'd like to know if I'm right and trying and find a fix. This problem might already have been posted, but I don't really know ho to search and what I found isn't really related.
So my pc had/has a problem with windows, when installing it for the first time it splitrsd it into the ssd and hdd. Yesterday I finally found a way to upgrade to windows 11. I removed my hdd and formatted the ssd. I then installed windows 11 on the ssd (I haven't yet connected the hdd).
During the installation and after when I booted the pc I noticed that the pc randomly shut off after some times. (I had the PBO enabled, but I disabled it during the procedure after I notice this problem). I started noting a pattern, the pc shuts off after 2 minutes and instantly restart itself skipping the bios, and when I start the PC for the first time, before it turn off, the icons are all white, but after the restart everything is fine.
My theory is that this is the checkup. I thought this because it has a pattern and before the formatting of the ssd the pc did something like this, but it didn't take 2 minutes, it was: turn on for 5 seconds, turn off and starts again. This is the same, but instead of 5 seconds it takes 2 minutes.
Is there a way to fix it? To shorten the time? Does it mean there is a problem with RAM or something?

Specs:
Motherboard: tuf B450-pro gaming
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: rtx 2060
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X8GB cl18 (I don't remember if it is 3600 or 3800)
SSD: Intel 660p 1TB
hdd: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5 inches (don't remember the rom)
PSU: Corsair rm650x
Aio: Deepcool castle 240 v2
Case: Cooper Master K500 rgb
(I know paring a 2060 with a ryzen 7 isn't the best idea, but it was my first pc, I wanted a ryzen 7, which I don't regret, and a rtx card, huge mistake)

If anyone has any idea it would be great. If I didn't explain something to well ask me and I'll provide what clarification or information you need.
Thank you to everyone <3

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

PSU: Corsair rm650x
How old is the PSU in your build?

Where did you source the installer for the OS? If I were you, I'd disable X.M.P/D.O.C.P and PBO but leave BIOS in UEFI mode(CSM disabled), format the SSD again, reinstall the OS in offline mode, then manually install all drivers relevant to your platform in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Once your OS and drivers are installed, go back into BIOS enable X.M.P/D.O.C.P, Secure Boot and Fast Boot.

Thanks you, I'll try that.
For the BIOS version I don't remember, I've installed the latest version I could found like a month ago or so, but I can check when I come back home.
For the D.O.C.P I forgot to disable that, so I'll try that.
The PSU should be the 2018 one and I have it since I did the build, so 2019, it's almost 6 years.
I also had the GPU undervolted, and I forgot to reset that too, but I think that since I formatted the ssd should be back as normal since I did it with MSI Afterburner
