Question PC booting fans turn on and gpu turns on, but mouse, monitor, and keyboard do not

So i was planning to upgrade my pc when I was looking at the cables in the back panel to see where to route them. When I was done, I booted my PC back up. Then my monitor,mouse,keyboard, and RGB headset wouldnt turn on. Normally when i would click the mouse its RGB's turn on. I'm not sure what is going on.

recheck everything. something gotten loose.

I checked and the cables that werent plugged in before are still there. I tried to find the place they go and now it doesnt even turn on

Same problem, i have tried almost everything but no signal on monitor keyboard or mouse. And says "Overclocking failed please reconfigure bios system settings." i am going bios, doing it all to default. But its still same. But when i go for bios do nothing and pressing disgard all changes ande continue, the system is booting correctly. But if there are no errors and system boots perfectly 2 or 3 moment after system gives blue screen and says different things everytime. Last one i can remember is "kernel_security_check_failure". I tried tons of way to find out.
