This computer has been working fine for 4 years without any change in its components. A 2 weeks ago, I started getting a blank screen when I boot it, even though the fans are working.

I cant find were is problem even checking everything, Im not rly good with bios so not sure what to do, but I think its might be one of parts due its service time.

Things to know:
It still works, no sudden power off or blue/black screen or power loss while its working.
It started randomly 2 weeks ago.
It only happens at boot. Waiting dont solve it.
After holding power button to power off and power on eventually turn it on.
Lately I need restart with previous method more and more times till it boots up.

AsRock Mod 1150 ASRock H97 Pro4 (ATX/H97)

Yes. Before trying help here, removed card and I tried launch via motherboard with integrated graphics but same issue. Sry, I forgot to mention this. But I still had idea that it was psu at fault, but apparently I was wrong.
Noticed after changing psu my pc needs less boots to turn now. It might be having short circuit within motherboard that causes this issue.

One of the main reason when your Computer boot up but no display due to loose cable. Check cable and reattach it running from your Monitor to PC.

In sort of situation, if your monitor still not display anything then the problem could be with the cable via might it be damaged.

Have to deny this reason. I tried changing cables. Then my pc boots up and display dont turn on, even my mouse dont light up as well. After clicking mouse it does light up, but goes out right away, in same manner as if pc is off but this way allows me to check if pc connected to power.

The issues you're describing in this thread lead me to believe it's a motherboard issue, I was building a PC for a friend where everything would power up fine but wouldn't post a display. The board error light showed there was an issue with the RAM, despite swapping it out with a working pair from my gaming PC it still wouldn't post so I RMA'd it and the replacement board worked no hassles.

Do you have access to another 1150 board you could swap components to test?

Hello guys, sry for long delay.

So fault was in motherboard, dunno were exactly, I guess 4 years did its thing. As I power up pc, most of the times "processor" light dont even light up, this results in pc running but not working, after many reset till it finally starts, it lights up and pc running like normal. So maybe somehow motherboard was unable to get processor running.

Ordered new motherboard
ASRock H97 Pro4 > ASRock H97M Pro4 (bit smaller but same thing)(took 2 weeks to get from china ebay)
After changing it, pc works perfect health, didn`t encounter same issue

So yeah, thx guys, I hope this issue will be helpful to find problem in future.
