Question PC boots then fails

I start my pc, it boots, then fails, then boots again(on its own) and then fails again and it wont let me turn it on unless I pull out the psu cable and wait 60 second,plug it back in and then it boots up normal and plays every game and does everything fine... What seems to be the problem? I have this psu 4 months and this is the first time this happened?

cooler master MWE WHITE 500W
FX 8300 (not overclocked)
8 gb ram hyper x red fury
Cold weather started 2 days ago and its chilly in my room, does this make any sense?

That PSU is terrible quality. What motherboard do you have?
