Hello folks, i am interested in your opinion between two PC builds, price difference is negligible.. THANKS

RAM: 2x8GB 3000 MHz DDR4 GSKILL

HDD: 1TB WD 7200RPM
GPU karta: GTX1080TI 11GB ASUS TURBO OC
PSU: LC POWER LC600H 600W
Case: Rampage SPECTRA LED RGB Rainbow USB3.0

OR

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.80GHz AM4 BOX with Wraith Spire Cooling Fan
Cooler : COOLERMASTER Hyper 212 RGB black version
GPU: SAPPHIRE RX 5700 XT
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB Aegis DDR4 3000MHz CL16 KIT

Is the 16GBs in that 2nd build also 2x 8GB?

The 2nd one wins. Why? It's better balanced.
Problems with the first one:
-Budget level cooler paired with the 9900k 1/2. Yeah, that's not gonna get toasty at all... end sarcasm
-Crap choice of power supply.

Definitely the 2nd one. but if you have a choice to change the GPU, change it to AIB RX5700xt or better go with RTX 2070 super.
