Question Pc doesn't restart properly after BSOD

When I start my pc I get the infinite Windows loading screen. After turning it off and restarting the PC(as per tutorials) it shows the "preparing automatic repair" message and after that I run into the BSOD stopcode DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG. It's supposed to restart and take me to WinRE but everytime it restarts, it restarts to the BIOS and there's no way of continuing past it except turning the PC off and getting the Windows loading screen and BSOD again.
Any way to fix this? Thanks.

Can you please confirm if you have a bootable media? If yes, you can use it to Boot Your PC In Command Prompt, and run the SFC /SCANNOW Command with /OFFBOOTDIR=D: /OFFWINDIR=D:\WINDOWS parameters and see if it helps.
