Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem couldn't be able to find solution so decided to ask expert opinion. Recently I decided to upgrade my pc and bought the products and started building it by myself. The upgrades that I made.
Intel i7 4770 to Amd Ryzen 7600 (new)
Asus H81M-CS to MSI A620M-E(new)
DDR3 RAM to DDR5 RAM (new)
Power supply unit - Corsair vs450 (old)
SSD, HDD (old)
Graphic Card - rx 6700 (old) (not fitted in upgraded PC)
Cabinet (1 month old) (used on both old & upgraded PC)
I build the PC as mentioned by the manual provided along with product.
The problem was,
1. System won't turn ON (Blue light is showing in cabinet, in previous setup it was red blinking)
2. System gets power even before pressing the power button after pressing power button no changes found
3. Red and Yellow lights glowing in motherboard (Processor is perfectly fitted) (RAM is perfectly fitted)
4. RGB lights in the fan is noticeably flickering
5. In previous setup the 2nd point persists but the system runs fine after pressing power button.
As of my knowledge I thought the main culprit would be the power supply unit. Still, I'm not completely sure so decided to ask an expert about this.

check the CPU socket pins of the motherboard if some are bent or discolored

try m-flash flashing the BIOS with the current BIOS file

did you connect all power plugs to the motherboard? 24pin main atx connector + 8pin EPS/ATX12V (not only 4pin) connector?

check your front panel connections. only plug in the power button
disconnect all other things like RGB, SSD, HDD, ODD

which RAM are you using? A single RAM have to be installed in slot A1

reset the BIOS by jumper JBAT1

One of the CPU pins is slightly discolored in PSU side. Is that a problem?
