Hi there people, i just bought a new pc one month ago and there have been an issue since then
On playing any game with high graphic demand the pc just suddenlyfreezes with monitor turning black and then shows "no signal detected", game sound is still playing however numlock, capslock button are not working, pc is not overheating, only way to use the pc is to just press the restart button on the case
It's really frustrating because the pc is brand new and it was a bit expensive for my budget so i really need your help to figure where the issue might be
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Sapphire RX 5700 8Gb
Motherboard: Asrock B450M Steel legend
RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 1x16gb ddr4 3000 MHz
PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 650W
Monitor: Samsung (dunno the model sry) 1366*768 60Hz connected via VGA to HDMI converter
OS: Win 10 Enterprise
GPU driver is up to date
Edited: I did a stress test using FurMark for 3 minutes and the maximum temp for gpu was 65°C, and also i did stress test for cpu and memory using ryzen master and it said "stress test success", the freeze didn't occur with either of them
