Hey,

I had this problem a few weeks ago, GPU, PSU & monitor is only about 2 months old so relatively new. It happens on both monitors of mine.

My specs:
GPU: PowerColor Radeon RX 6950 XT Red Devil
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
MAINBOARD: Asus ROG STRIX X-370 F Gaming
PSU: Corsair RM850e
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600MHz 32GB

I have already tried:
-Use a different monitor
-Uninstalled with DDU drivers and tried latest and older drivers
-MemTest86 test done and had no errors
-Made a "hard reset" with the battery on my mainboard
-Tried other DP & HDMI cables
-reinstalled Windows
-Windows is up to date
-Furmark & 3DMark, both worked without problems
-BIOS is on the newest version

Here two videos how it kinda looks:

The problems I have are with games where the GPU is heavily loaded i think like in Red Dead Redemption 2 & Remnant.

Does anyone have any idea what else I can try here? Or is this a GPU defect?

Okay, so when you did the bios hard reset, what exactly did you do? Just removing the battery may not reset it. You need to Clear CMOS. This can be done by shorting two pins on the mobo labelled CLRTC pins on the edge of the mobo. Simply touch both pins simultaneously with a scredriver. Reboot and see what happens. We just need to rule that out.

Given you are having issues with a GPU which is warrantied. I'd prob just RMA it, and be done with trying to diagnose. You cold try swap the GPU to a pals system? Alternatively, you can bring to local repair store and get them to swap out the GPU to test and confirm.

Alright thanks, i also tried to clear cmos with the 2 pins 2 weeks ago, but i can try again. Is there any chance that its because of my PCIe3 Support but using PCIe4 Hardware?
