[SOLVED] PC has slow upload speed but other devices like cellphones and laptop have good connections

Hi guys, kinda new here. just need you help. I dont know if this is because of my Internet provider or my pc itself. My upload speed on my PC is stuck at around 10-12mbps. while on my other devices, they have good connections. I hope there is someone out there who could help me out. Thank you !

Did your motherboard have any gaming optimization software or network optimization software? Something like Asus ROG game ?
Those gaming optimizers limit non game traffic. They give a erroneous speedtest result.

Thanks for the reply, bro. I actually got it fixed just by updating the Ethernet adapter driver. I thought it's already a hardware problem. Good thing its just coz of the driver.
