My pc is constantly freezing and making static noises. I can not open task manager or anything, it is completely frozen. I have recently upgraded my MoBo and CPU and it never happened before. My specs right now are :
Intel i7-12700k
Asus B660M
Nvidia RTX 3070
32 gb of DDR4 Ram
I have updated all my drivers through Armory crate. When I open crash logs it looks like this https://ibb.co/0qKMSwx . After the freeze, my pc stays running and all the peripherals stay lit up. I have long press the power button until it turns off, then start it up again. I am beyond frustrated with this because everytime I am in a game, my pc just crashes. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

What psu have you got? Kernel power critical error and the buzzing noise sounds like a power issue! Especially if it's brought on by gaming when the cpu and gpu start drawing power.

Sounds like a PSU issue. Check all the wires to see if they are loose or maybe if they are exposed and short-circuiting.

Also in the midst of upgrading, make sure you have the PCI-E and CPU connectors in the correct slots.

I have been trying some stuff recently. I turned off Intel Turbo Boost, I lowered the DRAM frequency to match the chip, I have reseated everything again, I have also monitored all temperatures. None of these have solved anything. I have however ran Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and ran a monitor log. These always cut out at the Memory Utilization portion. I have no clue if that can be a hint as to what is happening, but I am trying to collect as much data as possible. This is what the last 5 entries of that log look like:

Did another log and this time it did not crash on the Memory Utilization. Must have just been a fluke the other times

What kind of ssd? M.2 or sata. If sata tried a different cable? Power is connected good as well?

I updated all drivers through armoury shield
Would never use any third party tool to get latest drivers. For the gpu go to Nvidia. For the motherboard go to the site of Asus, or just best google your motherboards full name and look under support for latest drivers. There are more versions of the Asus B660M so cannot look for you.

I will try that tonight once I’m done with school and work. The ssd is sata, and I also have my cpu cooler attached to the same sata cable

You could try and add an extra sata power cable and power the cooler via tha, am dubious though that it will help with the problem, but it's a small investment in time and effort.
I bought a new mother board and it works fine now. I am relatively sure the board was shorting because it was a mini formfactor board in an ATX case
