Question PC is super slow

so recently i had re-installed windows on my pc and in doing so i had to reformat my drives from gpt to mbr cause it wouldnt let me install windows on it unless it was mbr but found out that it had to be gpt when windows was installed so i used the built in MBR2GPT.EXE to re format it to gpt and my pc is really slow to the point where i can barley run my pc with my browser and discord open i thought it was because i had a bad gpu so i put 2 gpu's in the pc which did not resolve my problem so then i scanned my pc for corrupt windows files which there was but it did not help at all i tried deleting applications and force closing background apps which also did not work i have even tried adding more storage, my ram is at 32gb so its not a ram issue it is not a cpu or gpu issue what could be the issue ? i have litteraly tried just about everything

To install Windows10 with GPT, try setting the BIOS to UEFI boot mode.

To install Windows 10 with MBR, try setting the BIOS to Legacy/CSM boot mode.

It's probably the same with Windows 11, except I wouldn't be surprised if this OS doesn't support Legacy/CSM. Most of my computers aren't "compatible" with 11 (no TPM 2.0) and my only Windows 11 installation is a Hyper-V VM. I can't be bothered to create a tweaked Windows 11 USB boot disk with Rufus.

i alr changed it from my bios from legacy to UEFI and it didnt do anything rlly

What type of drive are you trying to install Windows to?

1). SATA Hard Disk
2). SATA SSD
3). M.2 NVMe SSD

Is the current setup MBR or GPT?

What version of Windows are you installing?

Is it Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 or Windows 11

Is it Home, Professional, Enterprise, something else?

There's also a possibility your boot drive may be "bad".

I suggest you try installing Windows on a completely different drive, either SSD or hard disk.

This will help prove whether or not your current drive is good/bad, or if the fault lies elsewhere.

Have you checked your RAM by booting from a MemTest86+ USB memory stick?

Please provide a list of all the major components in your PC.
