System details

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz
Gigabyte Z390 UD Mobo
Intel Core i5-9600K
Cougar VTX600 Power Supply 80+
MSI GAMING GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDRR6
Phanteks Eclipse Steel ATX Mid Tower

Trying to boot windows onto new pc build, everything seems fine in bios but when I try to boot anything after it spins on a screen for a few seconds then freezes, when I try to boot windows it does the same thing on the windows logo screen, I already took everything out and put it back in and replaced the mobo and ram and same issue. I've exercised all of my UEFI options in BIOS changing things around but its always the same problem. The fact that it freezes on the gigabyte loading screen as well as the windows makes me think its a problem with the system and not the software.

Have you actually tried redownloading the copy of windows at all? It may have had some problems when downloading.

I am having this problem with a i9 9900k in a Asus prime z390 A with 32 gig corsair rgb pro 3200mhz it will post and I can play around with the bios but it will freeze on the windows screen has anyone had this problem with motherboard I am using? And is it really just a case of getting a new motherboard? And not a problem with the cpu or ram?
