Question Pc makes a buzzing noise ?

When I turn on my PC it makes a buzzing noise. The noise is coming from the I think GPU. While running Cinebench R23, Cpu temps, clock speed, load are all stable, no buzzing. When I fire up Heaven I start to hear the buzzing. So is it my gpu? All of the fans that I can see are spinning (all the case fans, water cooling's fans and gpu fans as well). I have recently cleaned my whole PC hoping the buzzing will stop but it didn't. Also couple of months ago I upgraded the Motherboard, CPU, RAM, changed an HDD to an SSD, PSU as well as the case and updated to windows 11

Cpu cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer 280 II A-RGB
Ram: HyperX Fury 16GB rgb
Psu: Cooler Master 80+ Gold 750W
Gpu: Gtx 1060 6GB
Storage:
Samsung Qvo 860 Evo 1TB SSD
Kingston 240 GB SSD
Os: Windows 11

No, it's not like that, just an electrical buzzing if that makes sense, when the gpu goes under load.
